CFO Outsourcing

Alongside the traditional tasks of strategic planning, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investor  relations, modern executives need to support enterprise wide strategies. Aimers provides experienced, part-time battle tested executives prepared to support this role.

"The secret of success is to do the common thing uncommonly well.”

Business Planning

Business plans should reflect a living, breathing ocean of possibilities--not

static documents that gets tucked away after they're written. Aimers can help build and monitor realistic plans that are based on careful analysis that withstand the test of time, investors, and competitive markets.

Make a plan, work a plan. Repeat.

Financings and M&A

The Aimers team has been involved in hundreds of mergers, acquisitions, and public and private financings in a variety of industries including animal health, human medical device, biotech, medical practices, media, market research, manufacturing, packaged goods, software, and more.

Goal: Sit down at the meeting with better information than the other side.

Strategic Planning

Whether helping to identify new management or determining what the investment market reaction will be to your newest idea, the Aimers team has likely "been there done that" and is here to help.

"If I had 1 hour to solve a problem and my life depended on it, I'd use 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask." Albert Einstein

Market Analysis

Existing or potential customers may not be aware of what they need or how they behave. Still, market research has its place. Whether it's investigative due diligence or understanding market potential, Aimers can help you determine what is important.

“If I would have asked my customers what they wanted, they would have said a faster horse.”  Henry Ford
